Jenette Robinson - Director
My name is Jenette Robinson and I love living here in Fort Mill. I grew up in the Adirondacks in upstate NY. I graduated high school in NY with a certificate in Early Childhood Education. I continued my education when we moved here in 1998, obtaining my Early Childhood Associates from CPCC in Charlotte. I continued my education with a Bachelor’s degree from Ashford University in 2009. I began my career as a early childhood educator, and then moved into administration. I was the Director of a large corporate center for 3 years. This year I joined the South Carolina Early Childhood Association and serve as the district 4 secretary. I joined FM Prep in 2014 . On a personal note: I have been married since 2000, to the love of my life. We have three boys, named Zachary, Ethan and Parker. They are spread out in age; one in elementary, one in middle school and one in high school. Our children keep us busy with all of their extracurricular activities.We are actively involved in our church as well. I enjoy being a part of a Lifegroup through my church where I can connect with other women. I also enjoy reading, spending time with my family and camping.
Cheyenne Boatwright - Assistant Director
My name is Cheyenne Boatwright. I’m a Fort Mill native. I have been working in childcare for 9+ years. I graduated from Nation Ford High. After high school, I got a job with FMPS and went on to get my Associates Degree in Early Childhood 2015 with a minor in business. I also have several different credentials in Early Childhood. I am a member of the South Carolina Early Childhood Association. I’m very passionate about children and my job as Assistant Director. I recently had my first child and his name is Bishop. He is the love of my life without a doubt. When I have free time I love to watch Netflix and play card games - especially Texas Hold’em!
Cassie Bryson-Evans - Curriculum Coordinator
My name is Cassie Bryson-Evans. I am the Curriculum Coordinator. I have been working in education for 11+ years. I'm originally from Gastonia, North Carolina. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Elementary Education from Erskine College. After I graduated, I moved to the NC mountains where I taught in an elementary school. That's also where I met my husband. He joined the U.S.A.F. in 2009 and we move to Honolulu, Hawai'i. There, I earned my Master of Education in Educational Foundations from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa and taught middle school science. In 2014, we moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado. There, I earned my Master of Education in School Administration and taught at an elementary school located on the United States Air Force Academy. My husband exited the military in 2016 and we moved back to North Carolina to be closer to family. I love enjoying time with my husband, two boys and our fur babies. In my free time, I love gardening, yoga and watching Game of Thrones!
Iris Barnes - Beautiful Bebe's teacher
Hello, my name is Iris Barnes. I was born and raised in Brazil. I graduated high school in 1984 at EEGMG in the city of Belo Horizonte. This is the same high school that the current president of Brazil graduated from and was designed by Brazil’s most famous architect, Oscar Niemeyer. In 1989, I graduated with a B.A. in nursing from UFMG. I worked for 8 years in two hospitals as a nurse. When I married my husband, Mark, I began working with his as a missionary with youth in various locations. One of these locations was in the Amazon where we lived for 8 years and worked with the Satire Indians.We have 2 children, Barbara and Gabriel. I homeschooled them in Brazil until we arrived in Fort Mill in 2011. They both enjoy going to school here very much. For fun I like to read, especially history and I like to go on road trips. I love the children at FM Prep and have worked both as a PreK2 teacher and as infant teacher. I Have a SC Early Childhood Credential and a certification in Infants and toddlers.
Randa Garas - Early Learner's teacher
My name is Randa Garas. I was born and raised in Egypt. I graduated from high school in 1990 and I finished my Associates Degree in Accounting and Business Management. I got married in 1992 and I came to the United States with my husband in 1994. I have two boys; Brian is 21 years old and is a student at USC. My second son is George. He is 15 yrs old and is in high school. I am continuing my education at York Tech in Early Childhood. I enjoy working here at Fort Mill Prep with my favorite age group - the infants.

Corinda Gibbs - Explorer's teacher
My name is Corinda Gibbs. I was born and raised in Middletown ,CT. I graduated high school in 2001. I received my Associates Degree in Human Services at Middlesex Community College in 2006 with a certificate in Juvenile Justice. I received my Head teacher Certificate through the state of Connecticut for ages Infant through Pre-K in 2008. I have over 15+ years experience in Early Childhood. My husband and I were high school sweethearts and have been married ever since! We have 3 children: TJ, Shyanne and Brydan. My hobbies include reading, scrap booking and party planning. I have been with Fort Mill Prep for only a short time, but I have already formed friendships with the wonderful staff members and have strong bonds with the precious children I have had the pleasure of working with.
Ashley Lincoln - Explorer's teacher
My name is Ashley Lincoln. I was born in Darlington, SC. My family and I moved to Charlotte when I was 5, then to Fort Mill when I was 13. I am the oldest of three. I graduated from Nation Ford high School in 2013. A year later, I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl, Cynthia Mo'. After being a stay-at-home mom, I was blessed to get a teaching position here at Fort Mill Prep. I am currently continuing my education at York Tech. My goal is to eventually own my own child care center. Ever since I was a little girl, I have always wanted to work with children. I am blessed to be educating the next generation!
Leslie Eberly - Pathfinder's teacher
My name is Leslie Eberly. I am the mom of two boys. I have been working with children for several years. I was first introduced to teaching through a volunteer program at Fort Mill Preparatory Preschool. After realizing how much I enjoyed teaching, I decided to take it further. I am the three year old teacher here. The bond I developed with the kids is unbreakable. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and shaping the minds of all the kids who touch my heart and soul every single day. It is such an amazing feeling to know that I can make a difference for some of the children I meet. I wouldn’t trade this experience or career for anything. This is what I believe I was meant to do and be!
Agnes Shaikh - Prekindergarten Class teacher
I graduated high school from St. Scholastica’s Academy Marikina Philippines. I am currently finishing my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development at York Technical College. I have several credential which are as follows: Special Needs credential, Preschool credential, Director's’ credential. a SC Credentials for Early Childhood Education and SC Infant & Toddler Credentials. During my free time I try to stay home and just simply relax with family. I like to watch TV series on Netflix or just what is available on television. I also try to keep in touch with family and friends on Facebook. My husband and I cook a lot during weekend.I am married for almost 20 years. I have two sons who are both a piece of a puzzle to my life. I am originally from Philippines. I have been here in America since 1997. I have been working with children since 2004. Children with special needs are most close to my heart. My first job was working with children with special needs in Northbrook, IL. This inspired me to work on my Associates degree on Early Childhood Development when I moved here in South Carolina in 2008. I have also been cancer free for nearly 5+years now. My work at Fort Mill Prep gave me more energy when I was getting my treatment and gave me a positive energy being around children.

My name is Heather Nicole McRorie. I was born and raised in Charlotte. I have lived in Fort Mill for 6+ years. I love this area! Fort Mill has great schools and is a very welcoming place to live. I graduated from Nation Ford high School. I am continuing my education at York Tech in Early Childhood. I love children. I have a child of my own named Braiden, who I adore. Teaching is my passion. In my free time, I enjoy reading books and camping.
